About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, as a Member of Compliance Transaction Monitoring, you will be at the forefront of protecting the financial system while supporting innovation in digital assets. Working on our transaction monitoring team, you will contribute to designing strategies beyond traditional banking by leveraging your expertise in BSA/AML compliance and blockchain analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction monitoring alerts and disposition workflows.
• Identify gaps in team workflows and suggest improvements.
• Provide feedback to leadership and navigate roadblocks independently.
• Mentor new-hires during onboarding and process training.
• Assist in tuning monitoring rules to detect financial crimes.
• Participate in the hiring process through referrals and interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in banking, technology, and crypto.

Technical Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate has a strong background in BSA/AML transactional review, experience with blockchain analytics tools, and a proven track record of working independently with attention to detail. Experience with creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and new tools is essential.
