About the Role

The Member of Compliance TPRM at Anchorage Digital supports the design and enhancement of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This involves aligning practices with regulatory requirements such as OCC, FFIEC, MAS, DORA, Federal Reserve, and NY DFS while also incorporating industry leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Third Party Findings Management process with regular reporting.
  • Optimize Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring risk assessments focusing on IT and Information Security.
  • Enhance and manage the Quality Control process across regulated and non-regulated entities.
  • Create and update procedures to standardize and improve TPRM practices.
  • Collaborate with Risk SMEs, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and support TPRM projects independently.

Technical & Organizational Focus

This role emphasizes findings management, due diligence optimization, and quality control process enhancement. It requires a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment categories, and effective documentation practices.
