Role Overview
As a Client Experience Manager, you will be the cornerstone of client relationships for Anchorage Digital. You will deliver white-glove service from onboarding through the entire lifecycle, providing proactive communication, detailed account management, and aligning with risk and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities
- Client Integration & Onboarding: Manage seamless operational integration and white-glove service.
- Day-to-Day Support: Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and refine runbooks and reengineer processes.
- Strategic Reporting: Assist with client reporting and providing key metrics to senior management.
- Leveraging Emerging Technology: Utilize AI, machine learning, and automation to optimize workflows.
Technical Skills
- Master Anchorage Digital's product suite including custody, trading, staking, and governance.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto industry trends, and operational nuances of traditional finance.
- Navigate KYC processes, contract management, SPVs, segregated portfolios, and fund of funds structures.
- Apply risk management and compliance practices aligned with regulatory standards.
Organizational Knowledge & Communication
- Champion Anchorage Digital's vision and effectively articulate the client-focused mission.
- Serve as a knowledge hub by sourcing answers from internal systems like Notion, Slack, JIRA, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, KYC Operations, and Sales.
