Role Overview
The Junior Quantitative Researcher will join the trading team to design, evaluate, and implement quantitative models that guide trading strategies and market analysis in digital assets. This role requires a strong foundation in quantitative modeling, statistics, and programming with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine trading strategies and signal analysis models
- Engage with stakeholders to set success metrics for models
- Break down large projects into actionable tasks
- Mentor junior team members and share key methodologies

Technical Skills
