Role Overview
The Blockchain Product Manager drives the day-to-day management of a blockchain team, working on protocol integrations such as custody, staking, and governance support. This role involves defining requirements, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with agile scrum teams to deliver on-chain solutions for institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define requirements and roadmap for blockchain integrations independently
- Collaborate with agile scrum teams to develop on-chain solutions
- Research emerging blockchain protocols and drive strategic projects
- Lead day-to-day operations of your blockchain team
- Coordinate with sales, design, and engineering to unblock progress
- Draft precise, high quality PRDs
- Engage with compliance, legal, and operations for cross-departmental needs
- Communicate roadmaps internally and externally effectively
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience
- Technical background, preferably with engineering experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- High autonomy and strategic decision-making ability
- Bonus: Experience with smart contracts, dApps, or finance
