Overview

At AmTrust Financial, we are a global property and casualty insurer focused on delivering outstanding service and innovative insurance solutions. This role is a Strategic Internal Consultant opportunity designed for immediate impact on business direction and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business strategies and target operating models with leadership.
• Conduct business capability discovery, analysis and develop tactical roadmaps.
• Perform research, current state analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead strategic projects and partner with Product Owners and Execution teams.
• Provide transparency to stakeholders, highlight risks, and propose recommendations.
• Develop project plans and track milestones and benefits.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions.

Qualifications

2+ years of management consulting experience is required; an MBA is preferred. A good understanding of the property and casualty insurance sector along with expertise in business analysis, process improvement, or business architecture is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong data and financial analysis skills, experience with Agile development lifecycle, product management, and change management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital.
