About the Role - Business Analyst
This role unifies customer experience across physical and digital channels. You will elicit, analyse, and curate digital requirements that support the Ampol App and AU Loyalty strategies. Working closely with business, digital, and technology stakeholders, you will convert customer, commercial, and business objectives into clear, delivery-ready outcomes. Your work will focus on consolidating and prioritising requirements across mobile app, loyalty, CRM, and POS initiatives to ensure alignment between product vision and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements for the Ampol App and AU Loyalty initiatives.
- Shape and maintain a prioritised backlog for customer and loyalty growth.
- Define end-to-end customer journeys across digital, in-store, and loyalty touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure app features integrate effectively with CRM and POS platforms.
- Validate that requirements are delivery-ready and aligned with customer value and technical feasibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience collaborating across business, digital, marketing, loyalty, and technology teams; strong ability to align stakeholder perspectives; confidence working with senior business stakeholders and product leadership; documented expertise in requirements gathering (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria); and a solid focus on customer value, usability, and measurable outcomes.
