About the Role: Senior Analyst, GTM Analytics & Data Governance

You will work on the GTM Analytics team supporting Sales and Customer Success with impactful analytics, reporting, and data governance. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, create reliable data products, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Quality: Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy across systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau and Select Star; define priority fields; run quarterly audits and proactively resolve data issues.
  • GTM Analytics & Reporting: Partner with Sales and CS teams to deliver recurring and ad hoc dashboards and reports, track KPIs such as pipeline attainment, bookings/churn, renewals, and product attach rates.
  • Dashboarding & Data Products: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards; understand complex data models for accurate visualizations; translate business needs into scalable reporting tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted analytics partner to drive decisions through insights, manage reporting requests, and promote data literacy within the GTM organization.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or GTM ops roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in data governance, metadata management, and project management coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
