About the Role

The Senior Analyst, GTM Analytics & Data Governance will join the Go-to-Market (GTM) Analytics team. Supporting Sales and Customer Success organizations, you will provide impactful analytics, build reliable data products, and ensure data integrity across GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Quality: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and Select Star. Define and monitor key GTM reporting fields, run quarterly audits, and resolve data quality issues proactively.
  • GTM Analytics & Reporting: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Ops teams to deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. Define and track KPIs related to pipeline attainment, bookings, churn, renewal rates, and product attach rates.
  • Dashboarding & Data Products: Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards. Understand complex data models across Salesforce and Snowflake to create scalable reporting tools and support future AI data infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted analytics partner delivering insights that drive business decisions. Manage reporting requests, promote data literacy, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM ops roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures and proficiency in SQL with Snowflake.
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards and working with complex datasets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration.
