Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, you lead the Attract pillar of Amplify’s talent strategy. You are the lead architect of the candidate facing employer brand, responsible for translating technical and pedagogical breakthroughs into a compelling narrative that attracts high-caliber passive talent. You ensure that Amplify is positioned as a digital powerhouse where work impacts millions, managing the end-to-end storytelling roadmap and full-funnel marketing and outreach strategy.You are excited about this opportunity because...

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Talent Branding or Recruitment Marketing with a Bachelor’s degree; Or 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree; Or a PhD without experience; Or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of managing global Employer Value Propositions (EVP) and directing high-impact creative content strategy.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to measure full-funnel conversion rates and present complex performance data clearly.
- Experience managing careers site infrastructure and specialized talent marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic job boards).
- Demonstrated ability to act as an internal consultant to executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
What We Offer
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000.
