Key Responsibilities
The Administration Officer will:
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and transport services.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and liaise with families.
- Provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary team.
About You
You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be able to learn new databases. A collaborative attitude, positive approach, and commitment to patient-centred care are crucial. Additionally, you must hold or be eligible for a South Australian Working with Children Check and provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations if successful.
What Will Set You Apart
- Recent administration experience.
- Experience in a hospital ward clerk role seeking a fresh opportunity.
- High efficiency, accuracy, and ability to build rapport.
- Experience in diary management and appointment systems.
- Availability to work 4 to 5 shifts a week on a 7-day rotating roster.
- Ability to start ASAP.
