Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, effectively building your own client portfolio by establishing strong relationships and successfully filling vacancies with premier talent.
- Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering top-tier talent and offering expert guidance on their specific hiring needs.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new client partnerships through targeted phone outreach and strategic networking initiatives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Efficiently identify, recruit, and rigorously qualify candidates, effectively matching them to client requirements and presenting career opportunities.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- Candidate Support: Provide comprehensive assistance and guidance to candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to placement.
What You Bring
- Motivation and Ambition: A strong drive to succeed within a performance-driven environment and a keen desire for continuous professional growth.
- Experience: While direct sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Prior experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or other fast-paced commercial settings is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Fluency at a C1-C2 level in either German and English or Dutch and English is highly preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of one year of full-time relevant B2B sales or recruitment experience with near-native English proficiency is required.
