Digital Transformation & Public Procurement Solicitor
Amicus Search are retained on this assignment. This is an exceptional opportunity and a leadership / ownership role with no immediate need for a following. You will be the primary driver for the legal frameworks supporting the implementation of public sector digital transformation and implementation strategy. You won't just advise on rules; you are enabling the deployment of AI, blockchain, and cloud infrastructure across functions of the state.
Innovation Work
- Strategic Digital Mandates: Lead on the implementation of eProcurement systems and digital platforms for Central Purchasing Bodies (CPBs) and major utilities.
- The Tech/State Nexus: Draft and negotiate complex SaaS, IT outsourcing, and ICT infrastructure contracts that form the backbone of modern public services.
- High-Value Advisory: Navigate the complexities of the Public Contracts Regulations and EU Directives for massive, multi-jurisdictional transformation projects.
- Contentious Edge: Represent high-profile clients in significant procurement challenges before the High Court and Commercial Court.
