About the Role

As the Senior Manager – Third Party Risk Management Lead, you will be integral in shaping risk mitigation strategies, managing vendor risk, and implementing innovative risk management processes.
What You Will Do
- Act as a liaison between central TPRM governance and business unit TPRM leads.
- Develop and maintain TPRM policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards like GxP, GDPR, and FCPA.
- Define third-party segmentation criteria, risk tiers, and lifecycle stages.
- Design tools for risk screening and due diligence including cyber, data privacy, and operational resilience.
- Review and challenge risk assessments and lead training programs for decentralized teams.
- Consolidate key risk indicators and provide executive reports.
- Drive automation and integration initiatives as the business owner of TPRM platforms.
- Manage interactions with internal and regulatory audits.
What We Expect Of You
You should have substantial experience in third-party risk management along with the ability to influence without direct authority. Academic qualifications vary from a Doctorate with 2 years to a high school diploma with 12 years of related experience. Preferred candidates will have deep knowledge of compliance standards, healthcare/pharma regulations, and robust communication skills.
