Role Overview
The Global Procurement Senior Director - Technology and Medical Business Partner Lead will serve as the Business Partner Lead for Technology and Medical. Reporting to the Executive Director for R&D and ATMOS Sourcing, you will drive partnership strategies, business planning, and governance, unlocking innovation and value across Global Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the Global Technology and Medical organization with market insights.
- Forge strategic partnerships aligning business priorities with category strategies.
- Leverage market intelligence to connect development objectives with procurement strategies.
- Drive supplier-enabled innovation and strategic procurement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on value realization.
- Champion procurement-led initiatives across stakeholders.
- Bridge procurement performance with business goals through execution.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include a Doctorate with 5 years relevant experience, Master’s with 9 years, or Bachelor’s with 11 years in procurement, category management, technology, or related fields, along with at least 5 years of people management or leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include 10-15 years in procurement and a robust background in Technology Procurement categories, IT Category Management, enterprise contracting, and strategic change management.
