Digital Product Manager
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role, you will supervise the lifecycle of digital products, working closely with various teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Own the evolution of Amgen's Sensing capabilities, including close collaboration across the team to design and deliver new solutions
- Define and drive product vision and strategy, delivering end-to-end solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, product owners, data engineers, designers and business analysts
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and scrum masters to design, build, and refine user-centric capabilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from conceptualization through release, including feature prioritization, release planning, UAT/testing, and post-launch optimization
- Enable strong communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring shared understanding of priorities and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve product development processes and implement best practices to increase speed, quality, and impact
- Translate business strategy and executive needs into clear features for delivery
- Make informed prioritization and scope decisions, balancing speed, quality, risk, and value

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master's degree and 2 years of Digital Product experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Digital Product experience OR
- Associate's degree and 8 years of Digital Product experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Digital Product experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability with product development or product management experience for digital or web products
- Understanding of existing digital and data technologies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail and ability to operate independently
- Strategic and analytical problem solver with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Strong business partnership skills and collaborative teammate
- Comfortable with ambiguity; flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mentality
- Experience with SAFe Agile, Scrum and familiarity with agile tools (e.g. Jira/Jira Align)

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
