About the Team

As part of the Asset Management Transformation team, you will work alongside experienced project managers, asset managers, and business analysts. You will gain hands-on experience, connecting engineering insight with business strategy to enhance asset performance. The work covers highways, rail, aviation, and energy, and involves services like strategic alignment, value-based investment planning, smart inspection technologies and predictive asset intelligence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with stakeholders and gather technical and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to map end-to-end processes and journeys.
  • Translate business and operational goals into structured requirements.
  • Use tools like Miro and Excel for process mapping and collaboration.
  • Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to guide solution design.
  • Develop stakeholder communication and data interpretation skills.
  • Apply ISO 55001 standards to align asset management practices.
  • Contribute ideas in a team environment and learn from experienced colleagues.
