ECRP Analyst Liaison at AmeriHealth Caritas

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and enter data for Out of Area ECRP claims processing and adjustments.
  • Provide telephone customer service to internal and external clients on the ECRP Hotline.
  • Reconcile daily reports and research invalid Members for claim submission via the Facet processing system.
  • Assist Provider Network Management in reconciling invalid provider inquiries.
  • Manage and process all ECRP provider appeals along with tracking inquiries and training claims processing staff.

Education and Experience

Minimum three years experience in claims processing and/or customer service, with in-depth knowledge of claims payment methodology. Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s Degree and Healthcare or Managed Care experience preferred, with a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm and proficiency in PC applications in a Windows environment.
