Operations Analyst

American Woodmark is looking for an Operations Analyst to drive business decisions through near real-time data analysis and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analysis tools for near real-time results.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications, including use cases and process flows.
  • Contribute to or lead process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Update procedures and documentation to reflect best practices and evolving needs.
  • Work closely with Department Managers for test planning and solution validation.
  • Engage daily with project managers, product teams, and plant staff to align priorities and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with detail orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Order Time software is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 is preferred.
