Operations Analyst
American Woodmark is looking for an Operations Analyst to drive business decisions through near real-time data analysis and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize data analysis tools for near real-time results.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable specifications, including use cases and process flows.
- Contribute to or lead process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Update procedures and documentation to reflect best practices and evolving needs.
- Work closely with Department Managers for test planning and solution validation.
- Engage daily with project managers, product teams, and plant staff to align priorities and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with detail orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Order Time software is preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 is preferred.
