Overview

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Client Services Manager III-Clinical to join our Client Services – Clinical department. This remote role serves as the primary contact for designated clients, providing exemplary customer service that drives client retention and satisfaction.

Salary & Remote Work

Salary ranges from $69,200 to $75,000 annually. This is a full-time position where candidates will be trained remotely using company-provided technology. A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with 100/20 recommended) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service activities to support existing client relationships and implement new programs.
  • Act as the primary contact and advocate for assigned client accounts.
  • Independently lead the implementation process and day-to-day service for moderately complex programs.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation including meeting minutes and action items.
  • Provide training support and serve as backup for senior management when needed.
  • Travel as necessary to support client implementations and retention.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma. Requires extensive experience including at least 2 years as a Manager II, Client Services at ASH or 5-7 years in a similar role within the health insurance or managed healthcare sector. Experience with managed health care plans (HMO, PPO, POS) and proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and audiovisual technology is essential. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.
