About the Position - Press Operator
Join American Plastics, a leading supplier of injection molded products across multiple states, as a Production Operator. You will play a vital role in the production, inspection, and packaging of products used in retail storage and janitorial applications.
Available Shifts
- Days: 6am – 6pm
- Nights: 6pm – 6am
Duties & Expectations
- Run a safe, clean operation that promotes zero accidents.
- Lift and remove parts from the conveyor line.
- Maintain product specifications and proper packing.
- Trim, assemble, and pack parts.
- Supply lines and packing/staging areas with required materials.
- Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
- Work all scheduled shifts and perform additional special projects as assigned.
What You Will Enjoy
Compensation up to $17.75 per hour with perfect attendance plus a $0.75 night shift differential. Earn a $500 referral bonus. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Able to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. with team lift.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and authorize a background check.
