The QA/QC Manager will lead quality assurance and control initiatives across the product lifecycle. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product integrity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive QA strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and product claims.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve product issues and enhance quality standards.
- Support regulatory compliance and documentation efforts.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred; or 8+ years in the tire/automotive industry.
- Experience with tire claims processing required.
- Knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, and industry quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional quality initiatives.
