Job Role: Program Operations and Process Analyst

The Business Systems and Process Analyst plays a key role in the Office of Accreditation to support School Accreditation, Teacher Education Program Affiliation, and Credentialing Services. Reporting to the Director of Teacher Education, this position requires developing, implementing, and managing strategic processes that foster efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Create project plans, update documentation, and maintain program data.
  • Process Design: Identify process inefficiencies, develop workflow prototypes, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Process Ownership & Execution: Facilitate workflows, analyze systems requirements, and deliver regular status reports.
  • Additional Duties: Provide support for the annual Montessori Event and handle other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, proven project management skills, deep experience in developing business systems, expertise in generating process documentation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with productivity tools and learning management systems is required. Montessori education knowledge is a plus.
