Job Purpose
This role supports achieving field office business objectives with a strong focus on analyzing customer sentiment, driving sales targets for new and certified vehicles, and supporting brand retention initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Research, compile, and analyze customer sentiment and trends.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting and user story documentation.
- Lead focus groups and interview stakeholders to document requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams using agile methodologies (JIRA) to refine backlog and ensure quality releases.
- Generate detailed documentation including process maps, wireframes, test plans, and support materials.
Department Support
Contribute to Honda's agile transformation through coaching, mentoring, and leading less experienced staff while ensuring optimal team performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- BS/BA in a relevant field with 3-5+ years experience in customer-centric projects.
- Proficiency in business analysis and agile methodologies.
- Strong automotive industry knowledge, analytical skills, and advanced MS Office expertise.
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and process development.
