The Team
The Strategic Partnerships team manages and grows major enterprise relationships. They define multi-year partnership strategies, support key negotiations and projects, and drive new business opportunities globally with our largest Blue Box partners.
The Role
The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships - AI & Technology will report to the Director, AI + Tech Partnerships. In this role, you will:
- Own day-to-day management of strategic AI and technology partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among product, marketing, legal, and risk teams.
- Lead end-to-end partnership development including ideation, negotiation, contracting, and execution.
- Inform enterprise AI and digital wallet strategy with actionable insights and trend analysis.
- Support a culture of growth, accountability, and retention.
Key Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include partner leadership, deal & contract execution, strategic thought leadership, and fostering a positive culture. The role requires deep knowledge of AI business models, agentic commerce, payments, and excellent relationship management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have proven experience managing complex partner relationships, strong business development acumen, technology, agentic commerce, payments or AI partnerships experience, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually plus bonus and benefits. Benefits include competitive base salaries, bonus incentives, retirement match, comprehensive medical coverage, flexible working models, and ample parental leave.
