Role Overview
This Senior Manager role is part of the Systems Change Office within the Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Organization (FRQA) in support of the Regulatory Reporting Automation program. You will drive Change Management activities including the definition, gathering, exploration, analysis, automation, and maintenance of changes to Regulatory Requirements and the Finance Modernization Data Pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Finance-Controllership Regulatory Reporting Automation Change Management and Program Governance.
- Develop and enforce the Change Management Framework and document all changes.
- Conduct impact analysis and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Own and deliver the FinCAT roadmap while ensuring accurate system updates and audits.
- Create features, user stories, and prioritize backlogs in collaboration with Finance BPM.
Technical & Collaborative Requirements
Work closely with Product Owners, Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, and Data Management teams. Leverage Agile methodologies, utilize tools like MS Excel, Power Query, SQL, API concepts, CI/CD, JBPM, Rally, Python, JS, HTML and PowerPoint, and engage in workflow automation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Project/Change Management.
- Experience with change management models like ADKAR, Kotter, and McKinsey.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and agile delivery methods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong technical background with SQL, data analysis and financial systems.
- Experience with regulatory reporting and US regulatory frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits
