Role and Responsibilities
This role is within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Products team where you will lead the launch and development of new card-related products, benefits, and marketing capabilities.
- Lead the launch of new products across all card offerings
- Provide conceptual thought leadership and user experience design
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Occasional travel required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with hands-on implementation abilities:
- Experience in payments and agile product development is a plus
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable with evolving strategies
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
