Role and Responsibilities

This role is within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Products team where you will lead the launch and development of new card-related products, benefits, and marketing capabilities.

  • Lead the launch of new products across all card offerings
  • Provide conceptual thought leadership and user experience design
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Occasional travel required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with hands-on implementation abilities:

  • Experience in payments and agile product development is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable with evolving strategies
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
