Role Overview
The Senior Manager Data Incident Reporting & Management leads a team that manages and analyzes enterprise data incidents. The position ensures accurate documentation, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of data issues in collaboration with data owners, risk, compliance, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate data incident intake, triage, and documentation.
- Perform and oversee root cause analyses for incidents.
- Monitor incident progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and refine data incident taxonomy aligning with risk categories.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to track trends.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and technical partners.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and standardizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in data governance, incident management, or risk management.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven leadership and mentoring in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
