Role Overview

The Senior Manager Data Governance & Management is part of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Data Office and is responsible for compliance with the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy. You will lead activities including identifying critical data, maintaining definitions, classifying data, and supporting data sourcing and risk controls management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify data incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy.
  • Monitor holistic platform data quality including key reports.
  • Identify data risk with input from upstream and downstream partners.
  • Establish, maintain, and test controls to manage data risk.
  • Document system level lineage with business units.
  • Influence the identification of critical data elements and roadmap development.
  • Collaborate with product managers to manage new data use cases per policy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in data management, data architecture and strategy (MDM/CRM platforms).
  • Hands-on experience in Data Management and Data Governance including metadata, lineage, and data quality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with strong influence across levels.
  • Advanced degree in relevant fields or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in audits, risk management and US/International regulations.
  • Proficiency in SQL & Python or other programming languages.
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar fields.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Work Arrangement & Location
