As a Senior Analyst - Privacy Risk Compliance, your ideas and actions will have a direct impact on ensuring compliance risk is managed across products, processes, and customer interactions.
How You Will Make an Impact
You will act as a compliance risk advisor to front-line teams; support compliance risk assessments and monitoring; partner with operations, product, and technology teams to enhance controls; monitor business activities for regulatory compliance; track and remediate compliance issues; maintain documentation; and collaborate with second line Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise teams on regulatory obligations and compliance risk.
- Support execution of compliance assessments and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and technology to design risk controls.
- Monitor activities for compliance with Privacy laws like CCPA, GDPR, GLBA.
- Track compliance issues and remediate control gaps.
- Maintain compliance documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal regarding policy interpretation and regulatory changes.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory inquiries response.
- Assist in delivering compliance training to business staff.
- Report compliance metrics and trends to leadership.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline with 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or control roles. Experience in privacy risk within financial services is required. Preferred candidates would have knowledge of key Privacy and U.S. banking regulations and a relevant Privacy Certification.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually with bonus and benefits including competitive base salary, bonus incentives, retirement savings match, financial coaching, comprehensive health insurances, flexible working arrangements, and extensive parental leave.
