As a Senior Analyst - Hilton Co Brand Acquisition Marketing, you will implement digital marketing strategies to drive revenue and acquisition growth for the Hilton Small Business Co-Brand Card.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new accounts through Hilton channels.
- Monitor, report and analyze channel performance with weekly, monthly insights.
- Support digital innovation and new capabilities to increase Small Business share of voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Consumer, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Analytics, and Marketing Operations.
- Organize, track digital test strategies and share insights with internal partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have experience in marketing or related functions, excellent project management skills, and strong analytical abilities using various reporting systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with external partners.
- Understanding of acquisition channels and UX targeting capabilities.
- B2B experience.
