How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?
You will create innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform by harnessing Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to empower sales and CRM teams. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, and integrations.
- Improving CI/CD workflow tools and processes.
- Refactoring code and using visualization techniques for continuous improvement.
- Leading discovery and solutioning for cloud engagements.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed, you will need:
- A BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years on Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SFDX.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and related frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and modern enterprise scale engineering practices.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Admin, and Salesforce Developer.
