Role Overview

This role is part of the Monetary Operations Teams supporting American Express National Bank. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, process various monetary transactions such as wire transfers, ACH transactions, official check requests, and more. You will analyze data from multiple sources and make informed decisions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large volumes of financial and data information
  • Make decisions and recommendations in ambiguous situations
  • Communicate American Express concerns while upholding customer value
  • Support various monetary operations including transfers and check file processing
  • Participate in business initiatives for career and team development

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Operations or Banking
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and current internet technologies
  • Adaptability to quickly changing environments

Additional Requirements & Compensation

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 office days per week with flexible hours between 6:00am-9:00pm local time. The position offers an hourly wage between $20.00 to $24.05 plus bonus and benefits, reflecting American Express' strong commitment to comprehensive employee support.
