About the role
Regulatory Compliance Analyst - International Regulatory Compliance Team
The International Regulatory Compliance team in Spain plays a vital role in ensuring European Legal Entities adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. This position offers the chance to engage in significant projects while cultivating exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the implementation of new laws and regulations within the Regulatory Change Management process.
- Participate in the Compliance Risk Assessment process.
- Support business initiatives, including assessments for new products.
- Review communications and customer-facing materials for transparency and policy adherence.
- Assist in the periodic reviews of Compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Law.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of compliance regulatory experience within financial institutions or the payments industry.
- High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Familiarity with payment services regulations in Spain and Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with business teams, stakeholders, and partners.
- Excellent and robust communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills.
- Capacity to adapt to and manage multiple tasks concurrently, with a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business operations.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative and assume responsibility.
