About the Role

The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly HR, is dedicated to fostering an exceptional colleague experience daily. Our mission involves deeply understanding the colleague journey to co-create streamlined and effective ways of working, empowering every individual to perform at their best. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization is pivotal, delivering outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable this superior experience. The organization is responsible for building and operating products and services that benefit both CEG and the wider business.

The Colleague Administration team operates as the engine for HR services, offering comprehensive back-office support across the Enterprise. This includes managing self-service and operational requests throughout the colleague lifecycle, ensuring the flawless execution of core CEG processes, handling colleague data transactions, and overseeing organizational changes within the core HR system. The team also manages a high volume of administrative tasks.

By upholding rigorous standards for accuracy and responsiveness, this team directly enhances organizational efficiency, ensures compliance, and boosts overall employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain colleague data transactions within platforms like Oracle HCM.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of core HR transactions and process execution across the colleague lifecycle.
  • Ensure all changes and transactions adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain robust process documentation standards and support audits through meticulous record keeping.
  • Process operational and organizational change requests within Oracle HCM.
  • Liaise with internal servicing, technology, product teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and resolution of complex cases.
  • Analyze large volumes of colleague data to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions and records in Oracle HCM.
  • Develop and report on baseline metrics and volume shift opportunities to inform continuous improvement and transformation efforts.
  • Partner with external service providers to manage outsourced HR operations, ensuring service quality and alignment with internal standards.
  • Support the implementation and piloting of new HR technologies (e.g., case management tools, AI agents) aligned with the Servicing Strategy roadmap.
  • Participate in mapping and redesigning core HR processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge management base to support process documentation and audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR operations role supporting back-office processes across the employee lifecycle, ideally within an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Proficiency in using Oracle HCM technology and processing data transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing operational workflows and escalations.
  • Demonstrated ability and confidence in working with data and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • High proficiency in MS tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk management concepts within the HR operations landscape.
