As a Manager Financial Crime, you will help define the future of American Express by supporting international acquiring businesses in over 27 countries with a robust first line of defense.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Execute Financial Crimes risk strategies for the Acquiring line.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks.
- Plan and manage projects to ensure timely results.
- Mentor teams and provide program oversight and governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive consensus.
Minimum Qualifications
You should be a decisive self-starter with strong analytical and project management skills, effective communication, and a proven ability to influence without direct authority. Experience with regulatory compliance, policy interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Additional Information
