In this role as Manager, Digital Product Ops, you will help us define the future by supporting controls, risk governance, and product operations within our Global Commercial Services Products organization.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing risk across business processes and leading a team to build a strong operational environment:
- Provide strategic risk advice during process changes and regulatory updates.
- Drive change management initiatives with risk and compliance focus.
- Implement risk identification, mitigation, monitoring, and testing strategies.
- Serve as primary contact for internal audit requests and regulatory exams.
- Lead root cause analysis to address operational gaps and prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate risk awareness education across business teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have 3+ years in roles such as operational excellence, controls, audit, or risk with experience working across product, risk and compliance functions. Excellent project management, organizational skills, and leadership capabilities are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $90,000 to $165,000 annually with bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits including retirement match, healthcare, flexible work arrangements, and extensive parental leave.
