Role Overview
In the Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs) team, part of the Framework for Winning, we reimagine our platform solution-delivery model. As a Manager - Digital Product Management in the Sales domain Data & AI product team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, users, and partners to create a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will drive products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
- Advocate for users by articulating key feature enhancements.
- Enable analytics-driven decisions and track product performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training prior to launch.
- Translate roadmap features into product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize sprint backlog balancing customer and stakeholder demands.
- Coordinate communication and manage risks and issues.
- Establish product goals and review success metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge paired with business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
- Background in Sales, Marketing, and servicing technology products.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and Data, Integration, Analytics is a plus.
- 5+ years in Product Management/Product Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Marketing preferred.
