Role Overview
This Manager Assistant role supports an Executive Vice President & Managing Counsel within the General Counsel’s Organization (GCO) in New York. You will handle a broad range of tasks including executive communications, presentations, strategic projects, meeting facilitation, and budget oversight.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key contributor and thought partner to the EVP & Managing Counsel.
- Develop high-quality presentations and talking points for executive meetings.
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives across the GCO.
- Organize leadership and staff meetings with clear agendas.
- Oversee team financials, track expenditures, and prepare budget reports.
- Engage with the Legal Operations team on technology and AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities.
