Role Overview

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for end-to-end technical support of all network platforms. You will leverage monitoring tools to optimize network performance and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure a high level of network availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands on technical support and issue resolution for network infrastructure.
  • Optimize network performance via analysis, tuning, and monitoring.
  • Evaluate and enhance network monitoring capabilities.
  • Support complex issues relating to applications, servers, databases, and storage.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years supporting large scale corporate/datacenter networks.
  • Strong knowledge in routing (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco, Arista, and Aruba Networks platforms.
  • Understanding of protocols like TCP, UDP, and IP and security concepts like Firewalls and VPNs.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure public cloud offerings.
  • Familiarity with network tools like CA Spectrum, Splunk, and Performance Center.
  • Experience with F5 load balancers, Aruba Wireless, and Versa/Viptela SDWAN.
  • Knowledge of Python programming.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000 to $135,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
