Responsibilities

This role is within Intercompany Controllership in GFO. The incumbent will manage processes related to Intercompany Governance, process mapping and risk assessment, Inter-Company accounting/reporting, and Settlement. You will support critical business initiatives and an enterprise-wide Intercompany project while quickly grasping complex issues and gaining end-to-end knowledge of process inputs, controls, metrics, risks, SLAs, and outputs.

You are expected to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and adequate controls are maintained. This role requires a CA/MBA with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in governance processes, control management, and audit handling, and the ability to drive process automation initiatives. Experience in operational risk/SOX, strong analytical skills, and effective communication at all organizational levels are essential.
