Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process New Consumer Client and Card Member applications for the ANZ market.
  • Service clients via emails and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements.
  • Liaise with internal business partners regarding erroneous or incomplete setups.
  • Oversee the complete journey of consumer setup and Card Member management.
  • Multitask across multiple screens to deliver extraordinary customer care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document account information and offer practical customer solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of performance in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with both internal and external clients.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts during ANZ core hours and weekends.
