Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process New Consumer Client and Card Member applications for the ANZ market.
- Service clients via emails and inbound/outbound calls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements.
- Liaise with internal business partners regarding erroneous or incomplete setups.
- Oversee the complete journey of consumer setup and Card Member management.
- Multitask across multiple screens to deliver extraordinary customer care in a fast-paced environment.
- Document account information and offer practical customer solutions.
- Maintain high standards of performance in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

- Ability to work independently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with both internal and external clients.
