Role Overview - Executive Assistant Global Well-being and Benefits

This full time hybrid role provides administrative support to the Global Health Services and Benefits & Recognition teams. You will collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders, manage schedules and key deliverables, and maintain clarity and efficiency across team operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendar schedules.
  • Provide customer-facing support including scheduling appointments and handling inbound communications.
  • Oversee expense reports, office logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting administration.
  • Maintain documentation, headcount reporting, organizational charts, and team communications.
  • Support special projects and team initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA.
