Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to up to three Vice Presidents within the Corporate Controllership Organization. You will manage a wide range of tasks to ensure seamless operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Collaborate with diverse business partners across American Express.
- Provide coverage for team members when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and people skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Webex, Slack, and other tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Preferred Qualifications & Compensation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The position offers competitive hourly rates of $31.49 to $49.28 plus bonus and benefits, along with a hybrid work arrangement (in-office at least three days a week).
