Role Responsibilities
This role will lead the IT Governance team and interface with all Enterprise partners across the three lines of defense. You will:
- Oversee and mentor a team of IT Governance professionals.
- Provide leadership and coaching, supporting continuous learning and development.
- Transform team mindset towards operational resilience and regulation adherence.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred. You will also have:Advanced knowledge of global technology standards, incident/problem/change management, operational resilience and disaster recovery principles.Preferred experience in technology risk & control, third-party risk management, and working with regulatory examiners.
