GS Servicing Innovation Overview
The GS Servicing Innovation team is focused on shaping and executing the Generative AI strategy across Global Servicing, accelerating both current and future use cases to transform the colleague and cardmember experience.
- Develop and execute the GenAI strategy through rapid testing and learning.
- Accelerate and scale GenAI pilots with centralized support.
- Operationalize GenAI initiatives by shifting pilots to scalable benefits.
- Provide compliance and risk management support for each use case.
Role Impact and Responsibilities
The Director GenAI Product Development will lead strategic planning and delivery for GenAI products. You will develop, manage, and own product lifecycles from definition and planning through to production, release, and end of life.
- Define product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with developers, engineers, and business owners.
- Manage features backlog, prioritize capabilities, and resolve risks and issues.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver timely product decisions and operationalize initiatives.
- Monitor external trends in GenAI and integrate innovative solutions into the roadmap.
- Mentor and coach teams, fostering effective leadership throughout the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps for GenAI products.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive product decisions and manage risks.
- Deep understanding of GenAI architecture, development frameworks, and troubleshooting.
- Effective leadership and people management skills across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful track record in delivering large-scale, high-performance products.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and IT project management methodologies.
- Creative problem solving and strong business acumen in GenAI innovation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences.
- UK employment eligibility and relevant product development experience (5-8 years preferred).
