Role Summary
The Director of Corporate Membership Rewards Card Product Management leads end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Corporate Card Membership Rewards portfolio. This role focuses on strategic vision, P&L analysis, benefit design, feature launches, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Define strategic vision for Membership Rewards Cards including design, benefits, and digital experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Card Product, Finance, Marketing, and More
- Engage with points transfer partners and design partner experiences
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine value propositions
- Oversee issue resolution and risk management for the portfolio
Qualifications
Proven leadership with clear goal-setting, excellent storytelling, and strong financial acumen. Experience in Card or financial product management and robust stakeholder management skills are essential.
