Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for Corporate Cashback Cards.
- Oversee card design, benefits, earn rate, redemption, and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with New Product Development, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Field teams.
- Conduct client research, competitive landscape analysis, and P&L evaluations.
- Manage stakeholder communications and drive alignment using visual storytelling.
Key Qualifications
Proven leadership capabilities, customer-first mindset, financial acumen, and extensive experience in Card or financial product management are essential. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, innovative problem-solving skills, and a strong track record in managing P&L.
