About the Content Management Analyst Role
As a Content Management Analyst, you will play a critical role within the Knowledge Management Center of Excellence (CoE). You will support the content approval, delivery, management, and reporting functions for Global Commercial Services (GCS) ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely information for internal stakeholders, all while adhering to compliance and policy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Submission Review & Quality Control: Manage review and approval workflow to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
- Content Delivery & Management: Maintain the content repository (Seismic platform) and implement process improvements.
- Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards, report KPIs, and analyze trends to optimize content performance.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work with marketing, compliance, technology, and product teams for smooth content operations.
Minimum Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in content management, operations, business analysis, or a related field. Must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, especially in a risk and compliance environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field. Experience with content management systems like Seismic, workflow management tools, and advanced Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AirTable) is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $65,500 to $102,500 annually plus bonus and benefits. Work Arrangement and Eligibility
