Role Overview: Content Expert

As a Content Expert at American Express, you will engage with Consumer and Small Business Amex Credit cardmembers and Commercial Clients through inbound and outbound calls to obtain and update important Know Your Client (KYC) information. Your role involves handling calls, following KYC processes with accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage cardmembers to obtain required KYC data via calls.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Follow KYC process and review documentation to complete cases.
  • Assist Commercial Clients in completing the KYC Refresh online.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers and other business units for client support.
  • Research and investigate using due diligence tools and update systems accordingly.
  • Prepare and raise Internal Suspicious Activity Reports when necessary.
  • Review accounts with credit balances and process checks accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent customer service and investigative skills.
  • Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
